Initial Evaluation (75 minutes): $195
Follow-Up Sessions: $155 per hour

At Bike & Body, physical therapy is individualized, one-on-one care focused on helping you move better, feel better, and perform at your best.

Treatment may include:

• Assessment and treatment of orthopedic and sports-related injuries

• Care for acute injuries or flare-ups of chronic conditions

• Ongoing management of chronic conditions

• Movement and mobility optimization to support training and performance

• Running gait analysis

• Manual therapy and dry needling

Each session is tailored to your specific goals, whether you are recovering from injury, maintaining progress, or working to improve performance.

Scheduling & Session Structure

Sessions are scheduled in reserved time blocks.

• Initial evaluations are approximately 75 minutes

• Follow-up sessions are typically 60 minutes

Additional time may be scheduled as needed.

Payment & Insurance

Payment is due at the time of service. HSA/FSA and all major forms of payment are accepted.

Bike & Body is a private-pay practice and is not affiliated with insurance companies. This allows for focused, individualized care and greater flexibility in treatment.

If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Medically coded receipts are available upon request.

Wisconsin is a direct access state, meaning a physician referral is not required to receive physical therapy services.
