For clients traveling from out of town, extended sessions may be arranged in advance to accommodate multiple bikes.

BIKE FIT FOLLOW-UP POLICY

Your bike fit includes one complimentary follow-up adjustment (up to 30 minutes). This must be requested and scheduled within 3 weeks of your initial fit. Due to limited availability, please reach out early to ensure scheduling.

Cleat fitting

Adjustment and “dialing in” of cycling cleats only

Adjusting the cleats can influence saddle height, positioning and pedaling mechanics. For optimal outcome, fitting of the cleats alone is only recommended for those individuals who have had a previous bike fitting at Bike & Body.

Scheduled as a 30-minute service appointment.

Pre-Purchase Bike Sizing

$165 (approximately 1 hour)

Looking to purchase a new bike but unsure which size or model is right for you?

This service is designed to help you confidently select the appropriate frame size and geometry for your body and riding goals.

Using the fully adjustable Purely Custom Fit Bike, you’ll be able to “feel” different positions and configurations before making a purchase. Adjustments are made in real time while you ride, allowing for an accurate and individualized fit experience.

This session can help:

  • Determine the appropriate size within a specific bike model

  • Compare different frame geometries (e.g., endurance vs. race, road vs. gravel)

  • Identify stock frames that best match your position and needs

Recommendations may also include general component guidance (e.g., stem length, handlebar width) when building up a stock frame.

Scope of Service

This service is intended for stock bicycle selection and sizing.

Bike & Body does not provide detailed design specifications for custom frame builds, with the exception of select collaborations.

Additional Notes

  • This is a stand-alone service and does not include a full bike fit

  • A full bike fit is recommended after purchase to optimize final positioning

  • Please contact us if you have specific questions prior to booking

For more complex concerns (pain, position changes, or ongoing discomfort), a full session is recommended and billed at the standard hourly rate.

For Existing Bike Fit Clients

Clients who have completed a bike fit at Bike & Body may have saddle swaps performed during scheduled sessions or brief visits, as time allows.

Preparation

To help make the most of your scheduled time, please bring your bike ready for a saddle swap.

Remove any accessories (e.g., bags, lights, mounts) that may interfere with installation.
