This workshop will teach you exercises specifically designed to reverse the posture that a body assumes while riding a bike. When you remain in the cycling position frequently, or for longer periods, muscle fibers and fascial/connective tissue can become “bound down”. Tight muscles work less efficiently. If these tighter areas are not regularly attended to with a proper stretching program, compensations can occur which can lead to pain in muscles, tendons and joints.
